  Our company has been with Cornerstone over a year now, and the experience has been wonderful. Everyone we worked with during the transition made sure it went as smoothly as possible. Melissa is an amazing Client Services Advisor assigned to our company. She is always willing to find answers to my questions while we are on the phone, and if that isn't possible she is getting the answers and calling me back quickly. When I wanted tailored reports created, she was able to get them generated and then took the time to drive to our office to go over them in detail to see if there was anything that could be improved upon. Although Melissa makes it difficult to remember that I am not her only client, there are times she is out of the office visiting those other clients. I never worry or dread calling and speaking to any of the other advisors. Each one of them has been incredibly courteous and more than willing to answer my questions or look up accounts. Not a single person I speak to has had an unpleasant demeanor and has never made me feel like a bother. Calling the office, or even visiting in-person, is like talking to or visiting friends. Everyone, including CEO Ranee, took time out of their busy schedules to chat with me during my personal tour of the building. Cornerstone is a group of wonderful people who are all willing to make us feel like the needs of our company matter. They work diligently to meet and exceed our needs and expectations.
